Food was awesome ... Every bit of it , be it starters , main course or the dessert . 🎖️Lahsuni murg tikka - bursting with flavour , succulent n done to perfection 🎖️Machli ke sholay - mmm nice n spicy 🎖️Tandoori chk - succulent yet done well n crisp from outside , awesssomme 🎖️Paneer tikka masala - superb 🎖️Butter nan - 👍 🎖️Cheese cake - layered desert . It was nice chilled and yummy Staff - gets 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Sunday night , restaurant was full of tourists but staff had a smile at their face , they weren't hiding from complaints , but kept coming back to the table to check if everything was ok Ambience - nice n chick Bathroom - was CLEAN & DRY , thats something !!! Considering sunday night n packed house 👍 kuddos Lounge bar - awesssomme , nice seating and BIG SCREEN. SMOKING ROOM - ah god bless the management !!! Area of improvement ? 1) someone at gate who dosent move away from there . We walked in and initially there was confusion about our table 2) rename the cheese cake - it to me seemed a layered desert with crème brulle , cheese cake and jelly . It was yummy though 3) I would have loved for such a wonderful staff to have wished their exiting guests - goodbye

Won't recommend... Well mostly I chose a wrong day to be at this hotel that is SUNDAY or staff was less don't know but had a very bad experience...we had gone to celebrate my brothers B-Day here somehow they managed to bake a cake which was lovely... I compliment on that one.. But other than this... Well we got menu card after 30mins... We reached at 9pm n dinner was served at 10:15pm . Food was bad...i have never eaten such thick kulcha in my life... Yuck. Service was horrible... Management was bad.. No coordination at all... We finally got up to pay Bill n left Cuz we were super annoyed.. After reaching home we realised they had billed egg burji but it was not served at all.... Total rip off... .. Price was too high n taste was bad...... We also witness our neighbouring table people walked off in between of meal.. Reason same ..

The decor the ambience the interior was amazing. Pros: staffs are too friendly and elegant Good service Liquor is quite cheap . Food: we ordered 2 packs of 100 pipers reserved {60 ml each } 1 coffee and crispy chicken for starter. The served complementary roasted papads. Then for main course steam rice, yellow dal & their signature dish of chicken . They served complementary salad. It cost us around 1700 bucks. ) Tip : food can be a bit on the higher side of the budget not too much though. So depends on the people. And food can be spicy, so if you are someone who cant have spicy food , do inform them they will make arrangements accordingly. Would you recommend? Ofcoure i would recommend this place . They even hv live music show on friday Saturday and sunday evening.

The best pub in Gangtok. The ambience, service, food, drinks everything was great. The staff and its seevice is commendable. I along with my friends went there and we were attended by Ms Gayatri. She is very good in her job. She was really helpful, her service was commendable, she was so polite, well mannered and always take care of her customers. The manager "Mr. Badal" is managing and although it was crowded, but he managed everything so good Everything is awesome in this restaurant just like its name..."Owsm". Loved it sooooo much. Must visit place.

Pros- 1.Nice ambience 2. Friendly Staff 3. A bit overpriced according to surrounding but acceptable. 4. Kadhai Paneer taste is good. 5. Location is exactly on the MG Road, giving a proper view of the surrounding. Cons- 1. Taste is average. Tried Chicken Rogan Josh which was not as per standard. 2. Chicken stew was very bad, friend got food poisoning due to improper cooked food. 3. Less number of staff were there which hampered the service. Suggestions- Don't order something fancy, go for known dishes, they are good.

We were on a vacation in gangtok and strolling on Mg road where we find this OSM restaurant. Completely vegetarian Osm we had purely awesome experience with our family. This restaurant is mainly Continental but provide all types of cuisines. We ordered veg lasagna, tandoori Momo's, veg tandoori platter, hakka noodles, and au gratin. Such wonderful food we had at this place. Mocktails were very interesting and their presentation and Service were 10 on 10.
