Hotel OM Residency — Hotel in Sikkim

Bad experience, cheating behaviour, untidy, bad service. Felt cheated as they promised something but didn't deliver as per thier words. Ultimately our first Blackmail experience.

In short, they are sweet when you book, they are sweet to provide Cab & other services. But they cheat & provide misinformation. they stopped us from taking our Clothes, Umbrella, Food to Nathula, saying it's not required it caused a lot of issue, particularly to our parents & kids they never dropped to sumo stand and asked to take other cab they blackmailed when we asked for the issue we faced due to their false information, stopping us from taking emergency items & ultimately not dropping to the said location

A lot more to write, but we shouldn't waste our time for...

Stayed there for 3 nights, and have taken 2 deluxe rooms.1st room was good(just basic interior), but other room was average.For both rooms you cant open the window(one building is there, and its very very close to the window).They charged Rs 1800/night for each room which was not at all worth the price. MG Marg is 10 minutes away if you are fit enough to climb stiff staircases.They have own in house restaurant, but charge was very high.One cup tea Rs 20 and 1 single egg omelette Rs 55, 1 plate puri Rs 80.||Service was very good. We have taken car for the sight scenes and return journey and charges were reasonable.Manager was quite helpful.||I have given 4 star only for the service and car...

Most faltu hotel....and also the owner of the hotel is fraud.. at the time of booking hotel .. owner promised something...but after booking he changed his word... And also misguided us ..take extra charges also..hotel rooms are not clean.. booking time owner promised to provide us breakfast compulsory..but next day morning they are even unable to provide tea to us.. and more things... So plz friend don't book this hotel... Many share texi or cab can suggest this hotel for their...
