Roll House — Restaurant in Sikkim

Roll: Mushroom Roll (medium size approx Rs. 100+). I asked to make the roti crispy and the person felt burning the roti slightly means crispy. Also the mushroom quantity and chunks size never made me feel like i am eating mushroom. Entire roll had barely 2-3 pieces chopped into size of peanut) People who ever had rolls in Kolkata or northern part of india would just feel pathetic with this roll.

Another was Veggie Paneer roll (approx INR 100+), which was descent but chana in form of veggie was totally off the logic.

Momo - Only thing that saved was the mustard, peanut chutneys and the outer layer of momo. Else the momo only had 75% cabbage and rest was onion and carrot.

Total disappointmmet. The owner and packing staff all women looked helpful but that guy making the roti of the roll doesnt know to cook a roti to be honest. Its a just a thin roti which was uneven all around in thickness (for such a price expected a laccha paratha or kathi version or atleast a...

They are literally “looting” customers. I have ordered 1 veggies momo and 1 smoky paneer roll, he gave me the order of 2 roll instead of 1(which I have ordered) I haven’t seen the price actually he told me to pay 360 when I enquired it should be 230 of my order. He kept on pressurising me to pay 360 I told him that I have ordered only 1 roll but still he was blaming in front of many customers, telling I’m telling lie you have to minimum 260 now and nothing is refunded He took from me extra Rs 30 charge telling I will not refund you do whatever you want to do. We visited Roll House yesterday in Gangtok, but unfortunately, the rolls we ordered were not good. We opted for the veg cheese roll, but it lacked deliciousness, and to make matters worse, the patty used in it seemed old. Additionally, the infrastructure of the establishment was poor. Outside the Roll House, there were dustbins that were consistently overflowing, causing a messy environment. This was my second visit to the place, and on a previous visit, when I had the veg momos, half of them were not properly bound.
