Hotel Niladrii Palace — Hotel in Siliguri

Hotel Niladri Palace is located near Venus More on Hill Cart Road just opposite to Central Bank of India, Main Branch.It is a budget hotel. Cleanliness is maintained. Rooms are small with AC facilities. Rate is reasonable. Good for one night stay. I had a very nice stay here. Room was inexpensive, spacious, clean and quiet, with good wifi and a fridege, which wasn't the cleanest, but fine for keeping cold drinks in. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They offered to change the room everyday, which isn't something I've experienced in India yet. The hotel in in the heart of the market area in Siliguri so its also conveniently located. Probably among the top three places I've stayed in India thus far. Pathetic experience I booked the stay through oyo app. Bad staff management. We booked AC double bed room and they provided us with non ac room. No lift services. I called to customer care of oyo but didn't received any solution. Never use oyo. Good room service and well maintained... Located on prime location may be the reason behind been unnecessary costly... there are many other option.. Parking available inside hotel.. Staff are polite.. Loved it great place good food and safety. Hospitality...

I went to Darjeeling with my family. On my return back to Kolkata, I stayed in the Hotel Niladrii Palace [Address: Hill Cart Road, Siliguri - 734001, Ph: 91-353-2536767, 2523667]. The Manager of the Hotel Mr. VIRESH SHARMA [Phone No. 09832475949] is a 100% CHEATER!||And then we had to catch the Shatabdi Express that starts at early morning from NJP station. Mr. VIRESH SHARMA has tricked then. He told that it will be difficult to get any vehicle/ transport in the early morning, therefore you should reserve the Car in advance from the Hotel & you need to pay 100% advance for that. As I was alongwith my family & new to Siliguri, I had no choice but to book the Car in advance & paid Rs. 500 to him as an advance.||Intentionally this service was not provided (after repeated request) and Rs.500 is not paid back by Mr. VIRESH SHARMA[Phone No....

Hotel Niladri Palace!||Uff...what a horrible experience!||I booked this hotel from Oyo at Siliguri on my way from Kolkata to Gangtok and was supposed to checkin at 12AM.On arrival found that except security guard no one was present and the security guard offered just an ordinary AC room which is totally shabby and completely different from what it showed at the Oyo websote.On contacting the hotel manager,he told that pics are of different rooms to attract customers and I need to stay only at the same room that was offerred by the security guard.After much arguments both with Oyo customer care and hotel manager,since I denied checkin,Oyo shifted me to another hotel along with my wife and my 5 year old kid at 2AM in the morning.Was really a horrible experience and so much harassed !!Oyo should remove this hotel...
