Haveli — Restaurant in Siliguri

Today we 10 peoples visit Siliguri's Hill cart road, Restaurant and Bar "HAVELI ", So much crowded due to Durga puja festival, there gaurd behaviour is so rude , we are waiting around two and half hours for a table as they said us to wait for a vacant table. But they give this table (10 capacity) to others with out any information and and told us to wait another 1 or 2 hours. There manager Mr Vinod just ingnoreing us and avoid the matter every time. The restaurants and staffs are nice. The ambience is so peaceful and nice. Most of the dishes are good. Specially their nun items and chicken items are so tasty. But their are some issues with the pulao items. I and my so many friends tried different types of pulao over their. The basic problem with the pulao is the rice. Rice are mostly not cooked properly. So I think that should be changed over their. They should listen to the customer's reviews. And the washroom should be cleaned properly as sometime that stinks badly. But, Allover it's...

Food taste and quantity was fairly good, except couple of areas where they need to improve is the green chutney which was served with starters was bit strong in taste. Paneer and Chicken was nicely prepared and could feel all the flavours into it. The only thing which I did not like is that it is just behind the liquor shop and had to pass through so during the wee hours family, girls might not be feeling comfortable atleast I did not felt okay.
