The entire KFC outlet is a fraud. The staff misbehaved with me and scammed me for about 710/- by instructing me to pay online in a fraud qr code. As I happened to pay the money, it showed transaction as successful, but they denied of any payment transferred to their system. They assured me that it is a technical problem, even if it should not be, as the payment shown was successful. Later they insisted me to pay me to pay by cash and the online payment will be automatically be transferred back into my account. It didn't. When I reported it to my respective bank, the payment was shown successful. They scammed me by making me pay into their some kind of fraud account. I visited this KFC store recently and had a really disappointing experience. I went to the counter ready to place my order, but the staff completely ignored me. I politely asked if someone could take my order, and one of them told me to wait — which I did.

I ended up standing at the counter for 10 minutes, and no one came back to acknowledge me, take my order, or even check in. I wasn’t the only customer there either, and it felt like the staff just didn’t care. Eventually, I left without ordering.
