Babu Naidu Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

I came to Vellore with my mother for check up at CMC VELLORE. Booked a non ac room at Babu Naidu Residency. The hotel is just 20min away from Katpadi Railway station. The owner of the hotel Mrs Vidya is very helpful,polite and humble lady. The wifi of the hotel is good,in case someone wants to work for their office from the hotel room, the wifi will be helpful.

CMC out gate is just 10min walk, many tea shops and restaurants are nearby.

Hotel room is good, cleaning is done on regular basis and the tariff is very nominal.

I had booked the hotel through MMT for ₹1040. When I reached they told me to cancel the booking and they will give me a good room for ₹700. I told them I cannot cancel after 12 Noon. So they gave me a very bad room which is perhaps worth ₹400. They also told me that MMT customers have to check out by 9am. I said it's 12 Noon. They refused to accept. I checked out before 9am. Also at the time of check-in they told me to pay. I said payment has already been made. They finally accepted. I have always had problems with all my hotel bookings through MMT.
