This was one of the best and most thoughtful stays I’ve had in Pondicherry! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with juice, a cool towel, a handwritten note, a tote bag, a handcrafted notebook, and a sweet treat, such a warm gesture that set the tone.

Our room had direct pool access and beautiful boho-fusion interiors that made it feel like home. It was well-equipped with everything you’d need: bathtub, hairdryer, mini fridge, electric kettle, glass water bottle with mugs, TV, and even a little work-friendly setup with a chair and slab-style table near the TV, perfect for catching up on some office work.

I especially loved the eco-conscious details: toothbrush tablets in a cute box, refillable bottles for toiletries, a drying string for wet clothes, and sustainable design touches everywhere. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, making sleep effortless.

The staff were friendly, professional, and never pushy, unlike many new hotels that keep hovering for reviews. They genuinely cared about feedback and even mentioned they’re already fixing the only small drawback (slightly slippery bathroom tiles).

Made sudden plans to pondicherry and while looking at stays I came across Amaiti. Wanted to try it out. The booking process was seamless and we just gave a call and everything was shared on WhatsApp. We instantly booked it. When we arrived we were greeted with an amazing herbal drink and great service. The vibrant colors of the rooms and extremely beautiful and neat rooms made our stay very pleasant. Mr. Kalai and Mr. Satya were very courteous and friendly. We had a great stay here and they are quiet new so it's a must visit. Very calm area and near to serenity beach. Promenade beach and white town is just 15-20mins drive. They also have a homestay coming up in white town so looking forward to it....
