Sorry for doing the review, before the stay. People if you don't want to waste the time for reading the lengthy review, please ignore. But if you do, it will be really worthy. Am the frequent traveller and do the bookings after inquirying in the resorts/hotels even I read the review from the customers online. I planned my vacation and without discussion I thought of finalzing the stay by viewing one of the YouTube channel provided information. I thought of booking villas for self and my friends families which costs ₹47k for 2 days. I saw some of the customer feedback that villa cost is half than me which was quoted by the service desk for single. I didn't negotiated for the money. Even that , I enquired and thought may be because of season timing. Coming back to the point, I really didn't get proper answers for my queries. My questions are just basic what they have and not on additional demands. I discussed 1st day and enquired for 5-7 mins. Since the service desk person responding to my queries in hurry and thought of getting clarified of my queries by next day. I have 3 numbers, and none of my calls got responded by next day. I whatsapp the service person and no response for my messages and received only the account details for booking. I came to know the person is off for personal reason. I ignored that, because it may happen. By the nextday again queries are answered in hurry and attending other calls by keeping me onhold and informed me that contacting in a while. Even though I finalised the resort since it's looks good. But queries are not answered and messages are not answered and no calls after that. Normally the customers will be asking for quote and if they get the offers in other places, they will ignore the previous and move on. But my experience is vice versa. My view is any way the resort will get booked through online since season time then what's the reason for getting enquired over phone. Or thinking the customer quote will not be converted into order or the service people are overloaded with not enough people for responding. But for any of the reason the management should consider the concerns. I saw some of the management responses for the customer comments like they accepting everything from their side. Which means there is a gap in their side. Hope it's gets addressed in future. Trust me this is my honest review and no need to screw the name of the property. This is for everyone that please get enquired before planning so that your vacation will not spoiled. Read moreBed is just sufficient for 2 persons. Small lake view balcony doesn't reveal lake except the hotel lawn. Very small bathroom of size 5' * 4', where bathing space is just 3' * 3', see photos. Blocked flush, chocked wash basin, see photos. Informed reception desk about blocked flush, chocked washbasin, handed over room key in morning while we went out until evening, nothing / no repair was done for 2 days in day time. Ultimately has to yell at one of those person coming for night shift in reception desk and called the receptionist in mobile who has already reached home, questioned her, but she said she has informed the maintenance person, that's all !! No one followed up if the repair was actually done or not. Only after that they have called a plumber from town to repair at night 8:15 pm, which went on till 10:00 pm, while our room service dinner which came at 8:30 pm was waiting until all persons had left the room. They opened the clogged washbasin coupling to get an insulation tape of 1 meter, they bought M-Seal to fix the coupling and requested us not to use it till next morning for it to dry. The plumber understood our situation, cleaned the room floor by himself, though I have called-in the room service to clean both the room and bathroom, replace bucket and mug which has gone dirty. Waited for several minutes until I had to go and yell at the night shift reception person, to get the room mopped with Lysol and clean bathroom at 10 pm while our dinner was getting cold in room table. Finally it was done. Next afternoon, when we have opened the washbasin tap, the coupling was leaking drain water in floor !! Had to push the dust bin bucket under it and didn't use it until checkout. Read moreWe booked a couple of rooms and stayed for 3 days. Our room was located next to the reception area. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've ever had. We booked deluxe rooms, but they looked like average rooms only, costing ₹3,500 per night, which is too expensive and not worth it.
We faced a power problem from day one and complained to the reception. A technician came and checked, but the issue was never resolved. We had to fight with them daily. Even when we were checking out, they simply said they would fix the issue. I don't understand the point of fixing the problem after the customer has left.
Here are the pros and cons of our experience:
Pros: Location: The hotel is located near a lake.
Cons (Room): Overpriced rooms Power problem Non-functional geyser (required manual switching on of power line) No room cleaning (our room wasn't cleaned until we left) Malfunctioning door locks (except main door lock) No room spray applied upon handover Blankets had a lingering smell
Cons (Staff): Money-oriented people Poor customer care (no attention to issues after room allocation) Worst behavior and attitude from all staff, including receptionist, manager, and others Lack of professionalism Default answers like "we will check" or "staff not available" Unprofessional language
We noticed many complaints from other rooms, especially villas (₹9,000 per night). It seems like this hotel is only good for safekeeping belongings, like a locker room. Don't waste your money and time; there are better options available.
