The day before visiting this place, I have called to the management(Subbaiya Babu) and asked if birthday celebration can be done over there. He said YES.

From the Entrance to Restaurant staffs made us feel welcomed!

Keeping just an one phone confirmation he informed the team to prepare the cake well before we arrive and also informed the team to take care of us.

The Restaurant is setup near pool side and it has an amazing mountain view from the top.

Thanks to APARNA - The table were very beautifully decorated and have to say that it was an amazing job without me having to specify anything. She is also in communication from the time we ordered food untill we left this place.

And Thanks to CHEF Mohan - The CHOCOLATE CAKE was sooo delicious. Felt like had a tasty cake after a long. Chicken 555 is Must try and Pot Briyani also good one, one should not miss it!

At last thanks to DJ, Security and other COURTEOUS staffs!

Stepped here with high expectations to be disappointed from first sight itself . . 5 stars for the ambience and minus 5 for the rest . . Altitude is an open kitchen and bar where all the plates on tables are kept open infested by houseflies throughout. . So all u guest who are gonna dine in will be on the plates lavished by houseflies. . How can somebody be so irresponsible to keep all plates on tables open until guest arrives ? And secondly food quality .. the harshest reality is we were served mojito with two live cockroaches in it . . Luckily we found it and raised an alarm . .the manager at the altitude was so casual when we said this . Later manager Ravi came in and apologised for the mistake . . The food is definitely poorest quality for the price wat we pay for . . The fried rice was dry like hell . . Extremely disappointed with the hygiene and quality of foods been served. . One of worst experience I had with this hotel. I would strongly recommend one cannot have food here if you don't patience like Buddha.

We entered the hotel at 7.30 and no one came to table for 15-20 mins. All were busy in preparing food . After 15 mins a lady walked in and just asked for our room number and booking name of the hotel we stayed. And she didn't even bothered to wait for a min to ask what would you like to have. After, 30 min I called a person and asked for menu and then they gave the menu book. The table next to us ordered just and soup and waited for 45 mins. I didn't have that patience to wait with my kid hungry for food. The sad part was it was 8 30 in the night and they were not prepared their food for dinner.

Very bad experience. The only advantage there people have is they don't have another hotel near by. They take this as advantage and collect more money. Money is not a problem if they provide a good Service. But if you ask me to rate 1-10 for their service. I...
