Hotel KC Yercaud — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Hotel Tip: Hotel KC is very nice and in main area in Yercaud with lake and in centre place within stone' s throw. The hotel is clean and in spick and span condition. Very hygienic, very well maintained! They cleaned, changed towels daily, Very very courteous, very polite, positive staff and they were always attentive to our needs! Hot water all the 24 hours in hilly climate is soothing and fine! Their well behaved Manager Shri Murugan took great care of us and fixed a nice tourist local taxi company to take us around.the owner of tourist cab is one Shri Balaji, their rates were also very economical. Not alone that, HOTEL KC Manager Shri Murugan showed us the right place to buy pure pepper, coffee powder which are Yercaud' s special produces at very competitive rates! With an able Manager like Murugan and his excellent support staff||||like Sadheswaran, Manikandan to help us around in all possible ways, it was very peaceful, enjoyable! They made our stay memorable and joyful iNn Yercaud! what more do we need? We enjoyed.I sincerely thank Hotel KC Management, Manager - Marvellous Murugan & his support staff for all the good times we had those couple of days(24_25, till 26 th Oct morning at Yercaud. One of the best hotels in Yercaud. Spacious and neat and clean rooms, hospitality of the hotel staffs, always available room service, safety for people travelling with their families and above all location of the hotel, everything are major plus points of Hotel KC. Obviously there are scopes of improvement. When we checked in at the hotel, we were not provided with towels, soaps and other toiletries. However, it was provided as soon as I called the reception. On the day of check out water supply to the room was suddenly stopped without any prior information. Also mobile network is not at all available inside the room. We had to come to the balcony everytime we need to make a phone call. Once informed the hotel manager told that they are working on this problem and it will be fixed soon. The hotel does not have any lift. So it is a bit difficult for old people to climb the stairs. If we keep aside the above problems it is a very nice hotel within budget. We really enjoyed...

Had a two day stay in Hotel KC. Booked it via MMT. The location of the hotel is just perfect. Its very close to the rountana of Yercaud. Very accessible by foot to botanical garden and yercaud lake. The rooms are ok. They are not bad and they are not great as well. It is good for a budget stay. They provide you with towels and soaps. The bed linens were clean. They have a TV with good wifi too.

Bad: Frequent power cuts every 30 mins though they have power back up via inverter. The TV’s or Wifi’s dont work in inverter. With nothing to do in after the dark, with no wifi or tv, it gets very boring. No network in most of the places in hotel.
