Hands down, one of the finest and best place to stay in yercaud. Look no further and book it.
Rooms- spacious, no matter what room you book, you ll get a valley view. We booked Peak valley view room. Hot comes all the time.
Service- These guys have crossed all the limits in hospitality. The staff is excellent, very friendly and no matter what time you request, all your requests ll be fulfilled in blink of an eye. I have stayed in most 5 stars, but this resort is by far the best in terms of serving their guest.
Food: The food is excellent, specially their breakfast, fresh, less oil, full of options to choose from.
This is a big resort, you can roam around entire day. It has its own valley view point which is the best, just order a coffee and they ll deliver it to you at the view point, don't forget to order pakoda at 4pm evening snack. They are the best.
Internet works like a charm. 70mbps. We were on workation so no issues in connectivity if you are planning it.
This is situated near to main area of yercaud, which is lake side. So road connectivity is perfect.
A message to owner: You have done excellent job in bringing up this property. However there few things if you can work upon -
whenever there is a power cut, there power comes back in 5 to 10 mins. May you if you can reduce this time The main doors of the rooms needs a little work, i could see small wood portion coming out of it. You need to have a classy bar here 😎 kindly open it asap. Your swimming pools needs a net or something to cover it up. It gets dirty too fast after cleaning. You need to keep small tags like - watch out for feet, watch out for stairs, lizards here etc etc. Could be funny ones.
Hope...

Mango Hill, Yercaud, has the makings of a fantastic getaway. The scenic location is truly stunning, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere that immediately relaxes you. This is, without a doubt, the property's strongest asset and the reason it earns its stars.
However, once you look past the natural beauty, the property itself feels poorly planned and managed, leading to a thwarting stay. The advertised amenities were either nonexistent or unusable. There's no gym, no restobar, and no children's play area, no bonfire on a sunday evening, no live music or any kind of music at the property which limits and questions what you can do on the property. We were also informed the spa was closed.
The most significant let-down was the unclean swimming pool; without periodic maintenance. Additionally, there were no minibar/fridge, no AC in the room, which is a small issue but notable oversight for a property aiming for a certain standard. The dining experience was also constrained—the restaurant closed quite early, meaning you have to be very rigid with your breakfast and dinner plans which again is a distress.
In short, Mango Hill occupies a piece of paradise but doesn't do it justice. If you are solely looking for a tranquil spot to enjoy the views and don't care about any amenities, you might enjoy it. But if you expect a well-rounded and fully-functional resort experience, you'll likely leave feeling disappointed by the list of missing and...
Read moreThis is an average resort with a huge scope for improvement. They are located at a hillside with a beautiful view and is very accessible from the main town. The resort looks a little old and calls for a little care and maintenance. A number of dry and unattended fountains in the resort hinders the esthetics of the place. The lawn area was not maintained. Could see some debris dumped in a corner of the resort premisis. The basement corridor looked very dark and slightly smelly and dint match the resort standards. The drainage manhole covers were clearly visible in plain sight in the corridor. The balconies had no privacy. The rooms and washrooms were clean and fine.(But I did see a cockroach near the kettle). Hot water and generator backup was available. Tea bags and kettle with a water jug was provided, but there was no bottled water. The service staff were good enough but looked like they were not managed well. There was nobody to take the luggage from the car to the reception( had to climb up the stairs from the reception to the parking lot). This was the first time we were not provided with a welcome drink in a resort. The breakfast buffet was decent- mostly south indian. We had eggs, live dosas, idli sambar chutney, poori baji, vada ,kesari, vermicelli, oats, pancakes, fruits and juices, cereals and bread. Overal just an average resort if you get it for a price below 4000. It is not worth for anything...
