Vinayaga Excellency - Tirupur — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

“My Honest Review” Before I start my review, I should thank the hotel people for their polite behaviour. Mr. Sathish, Manager: such a professional person with kind behaviour towards guest. Ms. Parvathy: front office executive, she has good helping tendency with passion towards her work. Mr. Karthik: front office executive who completed hotel and hospitality management. I would like to share few words about him. When I was stayed there I was feeling unwell in the midnight, he took me to the nearest 24/7 hospital, he took care until have completed all the medical formalities and bring me back to the hotel with smiling face. Also I would like to appreciate the security people, sorry because I forgot to note their names. The first ever hotel that I stayed with full professional people. I have not consumed food over here because this hotel services both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. The only challenge that I have faced here is four wheeler parking. But we have a enough spacious parking just opposite (walkable distance) to this hotel. So we have managed with the parking. Security people also very helpful whenever I brought my vehicle to pick up my parents. Hotel atmosphere and rooms are very clean and hygiene. They are located within the Khaderpet market and just 200 meters walk from the Railway station.

Rooms are recently renovated and improved. Lift, toilets etc are also improved.

Service and customer handling can still be improved.

The rooms are spacious. No parking. You may have to pay and park at the railway station.

Outside food is allowed and you can order via Swiggy and Zomato.

This is definitely a good option for business travellers. May not be good for family...

I stay at this hotel for more 3 days and the experience was very satisfying. Nothing much to complain about other than the room cleaning service which did not happen at anytime during my stay there.
