This is a family trip and we booked two rooms. One is a non deluxe ac room and another one is a deluxe ac room. The space is the only difference between both the rooms. They charged 2.5 for a non deluxe room and a 3k for a deluxe room. The service is worst. They don't even have the courtesy to fill up the water bottles and give you lame reasons for selling mineral water bottles. The only good is, the hotel is very near the railway station and bazaar. When there is no water in the overtank and you call the reception they will ask you to call the plumber by yourself and report the issue. And once you check in and use the LIFT for 2 to 3 times, it gets stuck and it was not repaired until we checked out the second mrng after our stay there. Elderly ppl cannot climb the stairs and they do not have enough servicing ppl to carry the luggage to the respective rooms in case of lift failure. There is no PARKING facility. You need to park your vehicle in the public taxi parking space at your own risk if there is a empty space available. They do not tell you this. There is no ventilation in the non deluxe rooms washrooms, you will find the room ignited with the poop smells and soap and shampoo smells. The restaurant they have do not serve kid friendly food. Only good thing there is their COFFEE. The master in the restaurant is good at it. They call it a buffet for mrng complimentary breakfast and the dosa they make there is AWESOME. It will resemble a chappathi. Overall, its not worth the money. If they didn't give that complimentary breakfast shut down the restaurant and used for parking and costed 2k for every room it would...
Read more"I recently stayed at Vinayaga Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was immaculately clean and well-maintained and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep during my entire stay.
Which added to the overall experience. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with high-quality toiletries. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was important for me as I needed to work during my stay.
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were always available to assist with any requests I had and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable...
Read moreThe hotel is located just opposite to the main entrance of the Tiruppur station. The rooms were OK but the reason for a low rating is that it seems to be a hub for alcoholics. The elevator smelled of alcohol & cigarettes. Interestingly the smell was not there when I accessed the lift later. If u happen to visit Tirupur without any planning or need to stay overnight to catch an early morning train this...
