Ragam Resort — Hotel in Thathampally

This is the most pathetic place one can ever go to. I am not sure how Booking.com & other agencies are promoting & listing this property. The staff was rude and were least interested in paying service to customers. They somehow took the room rent however when I checked the status in Booking.com it reflected that I didnt turn up for stay. This simply means the caretaker has minted this money which he took from me. I hope the owner of the property see this review. Few more points on property:-

Room were damm dirty, with no sweeping done by any cleaning staff. Spiderwebs all around the room. Bathrooms was too small with bad stink. It was difficult to get into the bathroom. Bucket was damaged and seemed not cleaned since months Bedsheet was torn, not clean, not washed and with lot of hair all around. Fans were not functional

Overall it was a horrible experience. Just stayed there, as I was with my family amd reached late evening, else wud had changed the hotel.

This place doesnt even deserve the rating of 1 star. Raising a formal complaint also with Booking.com as...

Most disgusting place to stay.. toilets stink, and looks like there are at least 100 diseases to be caught from there. The is no hot water as the geyser is broken, no towels or toiletries given, room rates vary from to person as per how much they can scam, the toilet seat is so filthy like a public toilet, the white toilet looked grey in color with so much filth, the bucket, mug, sink, tap were all so dirty. The electric points dont work.. we couldn't charge our phones and had to give our phones in the reception to charge. We were taken to this hotel by a auto driver saying it was very nice hotel. We only needed the hotel from 8am to 11am till our checkin at a boat hluse1 and we paid ₹700. We checked out by 11.30 and the owner kept banging on our door to chek out at 11. I had a frustrating experience with Ragam Resorts even before my stay had begun. Two days prior to my check-in, I reached out to the resort with some questions and concerns. The staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional—they were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed annoyed by my inquiries. Their lack of courtesy and unwillingness to assist left a very poor impression.
