Pizza Hut | Tiruchirappalli — Restaurant in Tiruchirappalli

Most of the 5-star reviews for this Pizza Hut seem fake. I’m certain they were posted by the staff themselves, not real customers. Here’s what actually happened during my visit.

I went there with my friends and placed an order. After waiting for around 30 minutes, our pizza was finally served. Soon after, the service lady came to our table and started asking each of us for our phones to post reviews. She kept repeating it and sounded annoyed when we hesitated. To avoid unnecessary tension, we gave her our phones, thinking she just needed some quick feedback.

Later, we all received emails from Google saying, “Thanks for your review.” That’s when we realized she had logged into our Gmail accounts and posted fake 5-star reviews without our permission. Some were even posted using my work Gmail. When I checked the reviews, they were all the same generic lines like “super excellent” or “awesome.” It was clear they were not written by real customers.

This is completely unethical and misleading. I strongly urge the franchise in-charge and Pizza Hut management to take immediate action against such behavior,if you continue doing this further and also if you do not reply or acknowledge it I will go seriously into it and I will take into higher authority people who needs genuine feedback from people for Pizza Hut(this is a Request). Customers trust reviews to make informed choices, and fake ratings destroy that trust.

My honest experience: poor service, long waiting time, and a staff member who kept insisting on taking our phones just to boost their ratings. This needs to stop...

Pizza Hut at Annamalai nagar, near Thillainagar Trichy wonderful place to spend your time. Interior design is very good, lighting arrangements are also good. Air conditioned with Cassette AC. But I went there at nine O clock in night hours but the ACs were switched off to save electricity, good idea. But air curtain was working. Nearly three tables had close spot lights but one was without bulb. Pizza taste was Awesome very Emmy. Pepsi was good but got it after finishing my Pizza. American Chessy pizza is very Emmy. Rates are moderate, good location very easy accessibility. No proper airconditioner it is very hot inside, cooling effect felt near staff area. One spot light is with out bulb for the past four months. That too from entrance it is the first table from right side that too first spot light from right side. Very poor customer care. I ordered a 3 fest pizza that was almost not served as I expected last time, but I made it clear in the cooking instruction and informed the concern to Mr.Gokul- Who is the management staff there at Pizza Hut such as "add enough toppings". Considering the cooking instructions at this point, the restaurant satisfied me with an excellent power-pack toppings. I am very much satisfied with what I ordered for the price.
