Burger King — Restaurant in Tiruchirappalli

I recently went here having high expectations. I ordered pizza puffs first. The box had 2 puffs in it. The first puff was very dry. The 2nd puff was so wet with sauces. The hell dip was bad. It was just the sandwich spread you get in ordinary shops. The saucy fries was mid only if you eat it alone without the sauce that is just cheese spread. The wings was so dry, it is just chicken nuggets but, less tastier and flattened. The berry blast was 👍. Pls don't try the iced Latte,it was not sweet. The ordinary french fries was good but the central part was not cooked. The fanta was fantastic 🤩. The main thing,the burger, was a letdown for veg. The fiery burger was spicy 🔥. We asked to turn on the airconditioner when we entered but, they didn't turn it on . If you are coming as a big family members or friends and come with more than a car , you will be disappointed for parking. The ordering process was tedious. The last time we came it had display ordering system, which was good. But now, it also has ordering via mobile. It was bad, as only payment upto 500 rs. was accessible. We needed to bill 3 times. Chicken whooper burger Meal 422/- Came with a big multigrain burger bun with toasted patty and Large coke and medium fries 🍟, not worth the money. Pretty decent

Chicken crunchy nacho Meal 210/- Had a crunchy shell with drooling fillings

Chicken Nuggets 4pcs 126/- worth the money, soft stuffing with a crunchy coat is a must try, especially with a fiery dip ( 30/- extra)

Chicken wings 149/- Super surprised to have this menu here, yeah, according to the price, can give it a shot.

Chicken tandoori burger 199/+🍔 - Can try if you want Indian touch to your burgers

Berry Blast Shake - My Fav here, as the pulp of the fruit is felt in every sip

Cheesy fries - can be improved, as it was little soggy

Very dissatisfied.I recently visited burger king @ Sastri road and unfortunately, I was left very disappointed. While I was looking forward to trying their food, the dishes I ordered did not meet my expectations in terms of taste and quality. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning made for an uncomfortable dining experience, especially on a hot day. When I inquired about the AC, my concerns were unfortunately not addressed. I hope the restaurant management takes these points into consideration to improve the overall dining experience for future customers.".
