Shree Darshan — Hotel in Ujjain

Today, my friend and I visited Hotel Darsan. After a lot of discussion, we finally agreed on the price, made the full payment, and completed the check-in formalities at the reception. However, just 20 minutes after checking in, the hotel staff asked us to shift to a room on the top floor, which was extremely dirty and hot.

We refused to accept the new room due to its poor condition. In response, the staff abruptly said they were canceling our booking and would refund our payment. This experience shows a lack of professionalism and respect for guests' time and comfort.

Such behavior is unacceptable, and we strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Your time and peace of mind...

Rooms are limited, Only 3 on the floor, width of the entrance n building is 6feet. Backside it widerbut still only 1 room will come. Some rooms are very congested, bathrooms are like sufficient space to stand. Washbasin u may have not seen anywhere else, only our hand will come. Check in checkout time of 9 am doesn't suit...

Today we visited at this hotel, but they waste our time because of no clarity of the details given about the room, we paid the discussed amount and after taking money they told us to change the room from st floor to 4 th, but the 4 th floor room was very dirty...
