Hotel Adsan Heights — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Service is undoubtedly good and rooms are also neat and clean best place to stay in Gajraula but i am giving 1 star because of following reasons:-

For almost 24hrs my room flush was not worked.

Promised free breakfast with hot beverage but i clearly mentioned i don’t consumes Tea/Coffee so can i get Lassi/Chaach something and they said “Yes you can” but later their staff denied for that.

Some i missed their RFID Card- they uses it as a room key but when i informed them one guy said no issues sir then receptionist girl said it will be chargeable for 300 INR. Litreally RFID card hardly costs 10-20 Rupees but they charged 300 no transparency for that. Easily anyone can by 15-20 cards at this price of 300 so i felt bit scammed here.

They must have to provide free water to the guests but at the checkout they said water are chargeable. Idk what’s the logic behind that if someone is staying in your hotel then definitely you have to provide free water but they charged for that.

Very slow WiFi: I am unable to attend my meetings and faced lot’s of issues.

I stay there for almost 1 week and in that 1 week they changed my room three times.

Laundry services are very bad i given my cloths for laundry they just packed it and given back to me by saying your laundry has been done but when i checked i found stains on cloths then i report it to laundry guy and he said “Bhaiya apke kapde phle se gande the” like what the hell it is my cloths got dirty that’s why i given them for cleaning na😅.

Overall i recommended every visitor to check their policies to avoid last minute surprises. Apart of that hotel are very good, they provide best food as they have collaboration with Bikanervala so you get free breakfast from there everyday.

Suggest for Hotel Staff: Please be transparent from day 1 and disclose your all charges upfront only as Litreally i felt very bad because you all charged 300 INR for a single RFID card that costs 10-20 rupees my whole week experience got ruined because of this scenario. If you guy’s are charging this much high amount for the day then please provide at least free water and not to charge 300 for that...

One of the best hotel in Gajraula... Where you can enjoy with friends and family... Service is good.. Staff behavior is lovely. Location nice.some of the best rooms with views.. Rooms are neat and clean.. Food is very tasty...
