I ORDERED 2 BURGERS THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH. MY TURN CAME 15-20 MINUTES LATER.

THE GUY TOOK ORDER AGAIN. WHEN I ASKED WHY IS HE TAKING ORDER AGAIN? HE "LIED", HE LITERALLY LIED ON MY FACE THAT YOUR BURGER IS READY, I AM TAKING ORDER AGAIN BECAUSE THERE IS PROBLEM IN THE SYSTEM.

I SAID THAT AREN'T YOU TAKING MY ORDER NOW, SO MY ORDER WILL BE IN QUEUE AT THE LAST. HE SAID: NO, NO IT IS READY. I SAID OK.

AFTER ANOTHER 5-10 MINUTES AND AFTER REPEATEDLY CALLING THEM AND ASKING WHERE IS MY ORDER THEY SAID SIR IT IS IN QUEUE. LIARS AT THEIR BEST!!! EARLIER GUY SAID 10-15 MINUTES AGO, THAT MY ORDER IS READY.... LOL

AFTER WAITING FOR TOTAL AROUND 30 MINUTES (IN THE DRIVE-THRU) I SAID GIVE ME MY MONEY THEN, IF YOU CAN’T GIVE 2 BURGERS (ORDERED HALF HOUR AGO),

THE GUY LITREALLY CAME AND SAID ANGRILLY "Lao Raseed" (Give Invoice) AND THEN GAVE MY MONEY BACK. SO ARROGANT, CARELESS AND BAD BEHAVIOUR.

ALL OF THIS WHILE ME AND MY FAMILY WAS WAITING IN THE CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU.
