My recent visit to The Food Street in Gajraula was an unmitigated disaster, marred by subpar service, inept staff, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite its promising concept and clean washrooms, this food court fell woefully short of expectations.
The staff's demeanor was utterly unprofessional, lacking empathy and displaying a disturbing propensity for violence. Their obstinate refusal to accommodate customer requests was staggering, with a "my way or the highway" attitude that left a sour taste.
Burger Singh, one of the outlets, was a travesty. The cheapest burger option, priced at Rs 35, was inexplicably unavailable, despite the presence of all necessary raw materials. The staff member's belligerent stare and refusal to explain this anomaly only added to the frustration.
Pizza Hut's service was equally abysmal, with a 30-minute wait for a paltry order of two garlic bread slices and a single pan pizza. This inexcusable delay raises serious questions about their operational efficiency.
Subway, typically a reliable choice, was a disaster at this location. The staff seemed utterly clueless, attending to customers based on personal preference rather than order of arrival. Despite being first in line, I was ignored in favor of later arrivals, a clear indication of their disorganized and discriminatory service.
In conclusion, The Food Street Gajraula is a misnomer, with its reputation built on the goodwill of its constituent outlets rather than actual customer experience. Until significant improvements are made, I would advise potential visitors to explore alternative options and utilize this establishment solely for its washroom facilities. The staff's ineptitude and lack of empathy ensure that this food court remains a pale shadow of...

We tried the Vaango and Masala Twist. For once, the food at Vango was good and almost South Indian in taste (the Sambhar is definitely NOT South Indian and is a really strange recipe!).
It is a good place for a pitstop on the way back.
The toilets are good (Mall quality) but located some 50 meters or so behind the main building.
Plenty of parking around the building. If the frontside lot is full, you can go around into the "complex" (most of it under construction at the time of writing this) and find...

I requested for some place ( shop had one customer at that time) for my pet at one corner , they refused so bluntly. I told them it’s very hot outside just for the time coffee is ordered can my pet stay. They said no bluntly. Why do people behave like this?? If pet owner is responsible then creating unnecessary ruckus feels unwarranted. On the other hand subway guy was supercool and created no mess. Enjoyed at subway. Thanks to subway guy for being a responsible...
