I recently had the chance to visit Bikanervala in Amroha, and it turned out to be quite an experience. Here's what I liked and what I think could use some improvement:

The Food: 100% Vegetarian: They only serve vegetarian food, which is perfect for anyone looking for a clean, green meal. 🍽️ Sweets: The selection of sweets is vast, and I highly recommend trying the White Sponge – it’s incredibly tasty! 🧁 Definitely a must-try. Narial Ladoo & Milk Cake: Unfortunately, these weren’t up to the mark. The Narial Ladoo didn’t appeal to my taste, and I ended up donating the fresh, untouched pieces to someone in need. The Milk Cake followed a similar story – not so tasty. 😕 I hope they can improve the taste of these items. Special Toast: A pleasant surprise! 🥪 This is a new item I’ve added to my favorites list. Highly recommended!

Ambiance & Space: Spacious & Comfortable: The interior is well-designed with ample seating. They have room for about 100-150 people, making it a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal. 🪑

Perfect for All Occasions: Whether you’re stopping for breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner, Bikanervala makes for a great stopover during long journeys. 🚗 It’s an excellent place to refresh yourself, relax, and enjoy a meal.

Facilities: Washrooms: Clean and separate facilities for both men and women are available, which is a plus for travelers. 🚻 Parking Area: Although the parking space is decent, it could use a little more attention in terms of cleanliness. 🌿🅿️

Additional Info: Pan Shop: For those interested, there’s a pan shop right outside. However, smokers beware – they don’t sell loose cigarettes, so you’ll need to purchase a full pack. 🚬 (Though, smoking is injurious to health!)

Suggestions: Taste: It would be great if they could work on improving the taste of a few sweets like the Narial Ladoo and Milk Cake. Cleanliness: The outside area, especially around the parking, could be kept cleaner. 🌍

Disappointing Experience

Today I visited Bikanervala with my family, hoping to have a pleasant dining experience and enjoy some delicious food. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be quite disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others.

First and foremost, the restaurant was overcrowded and noisy, making it difficult to have a peaceful meal with my family.

To make matters worse, the parking guard at Bikanervala was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of providing assistance and guiding us to an available parking spot, he seemed more interested in being dismissive and discourteous. His behavior left a sour taste in our mouths even before we entered the establishment.

The unprofessionalism extended to the billing staff as well. Not only were they inefficient and slow, but they also seemed disinterested in providing quality customer service. It took an unreasonable amount of time for them to process our bill, and when I asked for clarification on certain charges then I got to know that they were about to charge more amount then the actual this shows a lack of professionalism and cheating.

The most disappointing aspect of our visit, however, was the quality of the food. Bikanervala has always been known for its delectable dishes, but what we received on this occasion was tasteless.

Ultimately, my family and I left Bikanervala feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. Our time and money were wasted on an experience that fell far short of our expectations. The combination of a bad atmosphere, a rude parking guard, unprofessional billing staff, and low-quality food made our visit an unpleasant one.
