Terrible experience this afternoon! Crowded with people almost over each other, the toilets were dirty and stinking and mostly not operational. The clerk at the counter, Chandra Prakash was terrible at his job, he was slow and u attentive and making errors with the order. We ordered the classic zinger meal and instead when we received the order it was veg zinger . They weren’t event giving us the itemised bill but instead just a slip with the order number. When I went back to the counter, Indu helped us to rectify the order, however Chandraprakash was rude and refused to take responsibility that he wasn’t attentive and listening properly and immediately after another person came with the same complaint. Harrowed with the experience we decided to go and eat in the car. We suggested at the counter that there should be someone at the door and if it’s at capacity guide people to the drive through, but of course they didn’t care about same advice. Hi I am Swati, Advocate from Delhi. I visited this place a few minutes ago around 5.15 pm, 23 sept 2024. We asked the woman at the counter to confirm if their outlet is halal certified as my friend and I prefer only Halal.

She said that as per KFC Guidelines , KFC is not Halal certified, despite the fact that most KFC in India are Halal certified but yes, exceptions are there.

After this, I went to use the washroom while my friend stood near the counter. The lady at the counter gave her awkward looks just because we asked for Halal certification and may be we were Muslims. Because of this behaviour, we did not even order veg food and just left.

Do you treat our Indian Muslims the same in our own country? KFC should have some common civil sense to not behave weirdly if they see people from different communities.

India is a diverse country. Start respecting the Diversity.
