Hotel Glorious Grand — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

We made a reservation for 2 days with Hotel Glorious Grand which included breakfast as well (with the help of MMT but due to some technical issues the booking wasn’t reflected. MMT gave us back the refund but as it was at very last minute, we had to book the same hotel offline which was actually recommended by MMT.) We didn’t opt for breakfast on day 1 as we had to rush somewhere. But the hotel management was least bothered to even ask about it. On day 2, upon asking, they said the breakfast buffet includes 3/4 types of paratha, fresh juices, fruits, poha and dessert. When we went for the breakfast buffet, the buffet set up was not even done. After waiting for 15-20 mins, all we got was 1 type of paratha (paneer), papaya and real juice. And in the name of dessert, we got a Gulaab jamun which was full sticky!!! This is actually what we paid them for?

In the name of hospitality, there were no dental kits, no towels, no hand towels, no hot water, no toiletries, no drinking water, nothing!!!! We had to ask for everything that used to take an hour to come. When we use to switch on the AC, water used to drop down from the AC first!! Our...

We visited Banaras for the second time and once again chose to stay at this hotel because of our great experience during our first visit. This time, we hadn't booked in advance and came directly to the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, just like before.

Overall, our stay was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, supportive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We're really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

Rooms were ok.. .but other then that no cooperation from the staff..water logged outside the hotel heavily during rain,,could not go out for dinner or get food delivery but tried to order food from reception they denied even for tea .we slept without food ...next day numb nd cold response from the staff at the time of departure..not professional at all ...zero hospitality attitude.needs much...
