"I had the most disappointing experience at dolphin palace (udupi sagar) Varanasi yesterday. The food was worst , but the service was abysmal. I ordered idli samabar & uttapam which was of morning breakfast and served in the evening which was extremely sour sambar with zero salt, chutny even not eatable smelling like hell which would lead to sickness The staff seemed completely disinterested in providing good service. They were slow, unfriendly, and unapologetic about the inconvenience they caused.Needless to say, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Our whole family around 24ppl went to visit Kashi temple nd we stayed in dolphin international nd fr breakfast nd lunch we opted the Udupi sagar restaurant . The food is really good nd satisfies ur taste buds the best thing is the service ,really good service they were very co operative nd delivered the food immediately. Sometimes we came late around 10:30 or 11 pm usually the kitchen counters r closed tat time bt they wer really very co operative nd extended the time fr us . Special mention must be done to aijul , Poonam nd Shameem . I think aijul was the head of the food department or manager . He handled everything really well .
