I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel Geetraj , and I must say it was an amazing experience. From the very first day, they made sure I never missed my home, not even for a single hour. However, the incredible team behind this hotel Geetraj completely changed my perspective. Their warm and welcoming hospitality made me feel at ease, as if I was in my own home. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the food. It was absolutely delicious, and every meal felt like a home-cooked delight. very bad and dishearteningIt was only clean nothing else. Staff was not welcoming he was very rude .We did booking from booking.com it was showing around 1300/-. When we reached one of their staff name Randhir asked us to leave as booking amount was less than 1500. As per our discussion he said Oyo/Booking.com after their (hotel) denials they auto book at lowest rates so he asked us to leave and said “we dont give rooms at such lower price (less than 1500)”. nWe immediately called booking.com customer support and they confirmed hotel is only eligible to accept bookings and decide the price.nStaff was very rude , imagine travelling from so far and then we are asked to return or look for another hotel that too at night time. nRandhir was rude and in the mean time he had a word with Rajesh tiwari who is the Manager and then we were allowed to check in.nHe totally blamed Booking.com that they themselves put hotel room price after so...

A big "IMPACT" on my expectations similar as hotel Leaf. After forceful cancellation by Hotel Leaf, I booked a room at Hotel Impact through Agoda.com. While check-in, the receptionist Ms. Urvashi, just refused straight way and told me that, we can't afford to give you rooms at this rates. Agoda has booked the room for you, not we. She told, we don't accept, and don't care about whatever any website offers the rates. If you wish, pay our rates. I had to book as we were totally exhausted. I think, no websites are trustworthy, and also, Is it Lucknow, known for their hospitality? I asked for hot water at 7 pm. It took 3 hours to get me hot water to bath (hot water brought in a bucket), and 1 hour for dinner. The lady receptionist is completely uarrogent.
