Few things a grossly wrong in nature with this hotel.||||Firstly, i was very hungry and i wanted to have a proper dinner since i had been traveling and working all day long. When i reached hotel at around 11:15 PM for the check-in, i asked the front desk that if their room service is available to which the front desk manager told me that kitchen is closed and i can not have food here. It was okay.||To be honest, I have never seen any hotel where they close their room service so early. Going by the reviews and other sparkles on the internet, i booked this hotel only to know that they do not have the kitchen service functioning.||Anyways, I told the Front Desk that i am really very hungry and i would like to have the food anyways so will it be possible if i can order food from outside as the inhouse kitchen is not working anymore. To which the FR manager told me that outside food is not allowed in the hotel. I requested and tried to explain them that i would have not opted for outside food but since your kitchen is closed and i need to have some food, so please consider my request for allowing outside food.||The manager just denied my request and said not at all. They cannot permit outside food.||||I went to my room and ordered some food from Swiggy. The food came in about half and hour and when i went down to collect it, the guard deliberately denied my food packet and said he cannot allow the food. I requested him that atleast let me have my food, i will not go inside the hotel and i will eat it outside. He even then did not allow it.This was the very entry gate of the hotel premise. The entry to the lobby of the hotel was still away.|| There was a gentleman standing and witnessing all of this and i think he was in a position where he can pass orders and he told the guard to let me take the food to which the guards handed me the food packet.||||I took my food and in the mid of night and ate it in the parking lot like as if i was not a customer but a worker. I felt so pathetic about the hotel policies that i can not even explain. IN my whole life, i have visited numerous hotels be it international brands or Indian, be it in India or in a foreign country, be it a 1 star hotel or a 5 star hotel, NO HOTEL WAS THIS INSENSITIVE TO ACKNOWLEDGE A GENUINE REQUEST. ||||I would have ordered the food from the hotel itself but the hotel had closed the kitchen. It was my helplessness that i had to order food from outside. ||||Even enemies provide a seat to sit and eat or drink water. But this hotel did not nudge even a bit about the policies it had.||||I was literally sitting inside my car in the parking zone and having my food even without a plate, spoon and water. They were so pathetic that they checked my bag for outside food when i was returning to my room.||They denied me with the basic humane treatment.||||Inshort, please avoid this hotel if you can. No matter if they provide you golden beds or any other thing. Just avoid it. There are hotels much much much better than this hotel in the neaby vicinity. Just 5 mins walk away. I would have left the hotel that very moment but i was very tired and did not had any energy left to cancel my booking and talk to GOIBIBO Customer care. People who book through GoIBIBO know how exhausting it is to talk to a GOibibo customer care and would get understand what i am talking about.||||PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. DO NOT STAY in this hotel even if there is a cheap deal on the hotel or you get it for free.|| It is said that, 'Athithi Devo Bhava' but for hotels which cannot understand the need of the situation and treat the customers like a Rag picker, it is better to close these businesses. ||||I am also a google certified contributor and street photographer. I booked this hotel after reading several good reviews, hoping to celebrate my mother’s birthday and have a pleasant stay within our budget. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be the exact opposite.
Right from check-in, the staff made us feel completely unwelcome — there wasn’t even a basic greeting or smile. I had specifically informed the front desk that it was my mother’s birthday and requested a nice room, but no effort was made to make the occasion special. Instead, we were allotted one of the most poorly maintained rooms.
The room hygiene was unacceptable. The first kettle was dirty, and when replaced, the second one had bugs inside and was broken — raising serious concerns about the hotel’s overall cleanliness and hygiene standards. The bedding was equally uncomfortable, with hard mattresses that made it nearly impossible to sleep. Despite repeated calls to Mr. Haseeb Khan at the reception, the extra bed took almost an hour to arrive — and even that came with a hard, uneven mattress. When we requested a comforter to spread over the mattress to make it softer, our request was outright denied by housekeeping.
There were insufficient toiletries provided despite booking a triple occupancy room. The entire floor reeked of cigarette smoke, and even after informing the front office, no action was taken to stop guests from smoking in the corridor.
Adding to the disappointment, Suraj and Sai Ram from housekeeping were extremely unhelpful and displayed a poor attitude towards guest service.
This experience completely ruined what was meant to be a special family celebration. I sincerely urge Mr. Jatin (General Manager) to take these issues seriously — the lack of hospitality, poor housekeeping standards, and mismanagement at the front desk reflect very poorly on the property’s reputation.

Read moreI am over 75 years old. My wife and I stayed in the Hotel from 5th Nov to 10th Nov 2022. We, a group of classmates had come from all over India for class reunion. My wife and I had drove in from Delhi. The room and bathroom were clean. Linen clean. The mattress was lumpy at places. Breakfast was included in our plan and it was good and ample. The waiters and room cleaning staff were helpful and polite. The bar on the 5th floor was excellent. |When I arrived at the hotel I was told to hand over the car keys and the valet would park the car. The car was parked on a side lane across the road in front of a hotel. I was told there was not enough parking space in the hotel premises. On the 3rd day of our hotel stay my car was parked in the hotel. |On the day of our departure I noted that my car rear fender had been scratched badly by a car with black paint ( My car is Silver). This was shown the the 3 watchmen who did not have an idea when this happened. Too many cars were tightly packed in the hotel as every day, many wedding receptions were going on in the hotel. |On 10th Morning when checking out of hotel I forgot my backpack at the reception while I cleared my hotel dues. On reaching Delhi at 630 pm I realized it had been left at the hotel reception. I immediately called the hotel and was told that they will investigate and call back. I called after 30 minutes and was given the same answer. Called after 2 hours and they did not take my call. Till today 3 days later they have not called me and are not picking up my calls. The backpack contained my diabetes medicines including Insulin vials. It had my visiting cards, Lucknow class reunion memento with both my wife and my name.
