Booked this on the go using make mytrip while enroute to road trip from Mumbai to Muzaffarpur. The good reviews on make my trip and google review ratings helped me to finalize this for a one night stay with family. The hotel room and facilities met up the expectations and in line with the reviews. What did not went well was the overall service offered and smart trick played by the restaurant manager. We checked in late around 9-45 pm and were told that restaurant will close by 10-30 pm. After keeping the luggage in the room and went to their 4th floor restaurant name Melange. We were told that they have closed the restaurant order owing to 10-00 pm restriction and it will be good to avail room service. We ordered the food and asked them to serve in the room. In the room we discovered through menu that dinner can be ordered till 11-00 pm and they offer late night restricted food items. The prices in the room menu was better and bit cheaper than the restaurant food menu which is understandable owing to service being availed. They mentioned 20% discount being offered on hard drink and we happily ordered 4 large old monk. The disappointment came when we were asked to settle the food bill with no such offer included and the prices of food items mentioned higher than room service menu. After bringing this to notice of reception guy name Abhishek, who initially with his blunt excuse that offer menu kept in the room was for drinking in bar , then asked to speak with restaurant manager Sanjeev who tried to hoodwink me with more lame excuses . I didn’t budge and they agreed to offer minor discount which I was entitled for as per room service tariff mentioned. This made me realize that this small fickle minded staff and their mischief of fleecing customer by few hundred rupees by mixing the bills will cost the good reputation that this hotel has built up over period of time. I hope their management team takes note of this mischief issues faced by us recently and takes corrective step not to offer inconvenience to its customers. I visited your hotel first time due to the Marriage reception of my Nephew Yatharth Pandey on 13th April 2022, I was in very aggression to see the services provided by your hotel staff, service was very pathetic, starter served by the staff was in very low ratio compared to the guest quantity, waiters does not have the manner of serving, only two trolley's there and they took place at one place, no arrangement to serve for sitting persons, who want starter need to rush to there trolley, later the time come of dinner, what the amazing arrangement done by your staff, dining area was centralized ac but seems it was non ac, when I asked to the representative available there, he asked this is due to public and hot food, what a rubbish and non-responsible reply by your staff, the dinner was in swing all guest were having dinner, some of them came to us and complained for the quality of food served there, now the original picture of your services came in front of us, we went to check the items major issue was with (Dahi Vada & Rabdi) Dahi Vada was smelling like one week stale food served, also there was khatas is Rabdi, it was really surprising after paying such rate of your hotel/banquet. We tried for the reply/solution for such arrangement, but no body given satisfactory response, your manager was not having any reply for this, he was just asking to replace this item, almost 140 people have completed their dinner and moved towards their home, now how this offer will work, definitely all the guest will gossip with their friend and family member for the burst arranged by your staff in our reception party. we asked to give us the number of any responsible person/owner who can take any decision, but he was only replying now we can’t do anything it’s too late you come in morning then we will let you know what...

A few months back I attended my cousin's wedding from this place. 🤗 Indeed of the best hotels in Lucknow. We stayed here for about 3 days and 2 nights , the staff was very active and polite😁 they have managed to organise all the events like mehendi,💚 haldi💛, tilak,💜 Sangeet,🧡 and main marriage ❤️without any delay from their side..😼 Firstly let's talk about the rooms and the services - it was very hygienic they have provided 2 mirrors and about bedding there were 2 single beds and 1 attendable sofa and it was comfortable 👍 The room services were good as well when we called up for cleaning 🧹 they have changed all the sheets and covers Cleaned the floor properly and also properly cleaned the washroom..😊 Now let's talk about the food staff🥑 They have one of the best food tastes and varieties.🍜🥗🍞🥙🍰🧁🍺🥤🥪🌭🥮🥠 In the buffet there were more than 50 different items one can choose to have while eating breakfast.😊 The taste was awesome and the location was beautiful they also have a terrace subsided with the buffet hall it was one of the prettiest locations I have ever seen.😍 Also, the hotel was very comfortable and spacious and rooms were also very clean. We were a total of 6 and we never felt like the space was not enough.🤩 All the halls were so big that the events held there felt really nice.🥳 Main highlighted points are - They have the best food varieties you will ever find in weddings or hotels.
