The Urban Terrace — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Hey foodies,

Today I am back with a review unfortunately late. It was actually a review for Christmas day dinner but I couldn't upload that time.

Anyways so here I am with urban terrace, we went there for our Christmas day dinner in the night and chose a wrong day cuz it was extremely cold and windy and it was on an actual very high terrace. However, they did have the umbrella heater between tables but it wasn't enough.

Talking about the atmosphere, this was a big mood put off thing cuz it was soo cold but also there wasn't any good music playing so it was really a silent dinner. 😕

Food- so we did try something new this time and it was a Bengali dish (Maccher Jhol) for the mains and Lebanese something fish on sticks for the appetizers. Both the dishes were tasty it was good 👍🏻 Something different no doubt.

Dessert - it was blueberry cheesecake again something totally a new version. I really loved it.

Service - it was good as well I just feel they could do better by educating the servers about the dishes . So that they can recommend dishes in a better way. Also we had ordered coffee which was soo terribly late to come.

The food is good,no doubt.The location is absolutely beautiful and all but the wait staff was delaying almost everything. Asked for a water bottle twice and got ignored both times.Both the starters were delayed while we were getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. Had to remind them for the food more than once.Plus,they charged us ₹245 for a virgin mojito...It used to be cheaper. I've been here before and it used to be better than this. The staff looked uninterested in serving us and the price was exceptionally high,that too for no reason at all. This place used to be better, y'all. I would've given this place 5 stars before. Giving it 2 stars only for the food and the ambience. Used to like this place for its good food and the staff but it isn't...

You guys have perfect menu, awesome location and good ambience. You guys really need to change your staff! Delay is one thing but they were intentionally not taking the orders not sure why are they here for. All the staff were behind one table.

I Reminded the manager that order is getting delayed he heard and vanished from the location without giving any information.

I wanted to really spend more time there and want to recommend my freinds and family but these kind of behaviour with your regular customer is really disheartening.

Also asked for a help (charger) as me and my partner fone was not charged, but inspite of having charger with them they rudely said that they don't...
