The Admiral Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

So we went with friends for coffee to this place. BIG MISTAKE! They said they had no coffee but they would arrange it for us. The coffee was lukewarm...like gunguna garam paani...there went our plan for the perfect cuppa!

The food was super spicy despite our telling them we wanted it on the mild side. We ordered chicken sandwiches which again they didn't have and said could be arranged. They served achari tandoori chicken sandwiches...obviously with a strong flavor of achar; it left an awful after taste in the mouth..who on earth has achari chicken in sandwich form.Awful!

Then we ordered a platter which was McCain frozen potato shots and wedges priced super steep! This again was as a platter for ₹250 which was pretty sad. We had also ordered chilly paneer and crispy corn...all just overloaded with spice... we couldn't finish anything and didn't get anything packed either coz the food was just not palatable!

The place was full of flies that annoyed us and mosquitos that bit us the entire time we were there. The music was very loud despite asking them to turn it down over and over again and again they refused to do so. The place gave us very shady vibes with all the service staff huddling in a corner and laughing and chatting loudly.

They asked for a feedback but I'm pretty sure it will never reach the owner and will be torn and thrown in the dustbin in no time

Anyways we are never going to go back there again. Just by making a fancy restaurant and serving poor quality food with even more pathetic service garnished with flies and mosquitoes no way are we going to go back there...

Worst Experience Ever at The Admiral Restaurant!

I have never experienced such awful treatment at a restaurant before! I purchased their membership card, which was supposed to offer multiple discounts and vouchers. When we visited to redeem them, we were treated as if we were nothing. The staff's behavior was absolutely terrible and rude. They took my card and, without any explanation, said that the vouchers were not valid and offered to refund the membership instead.

What made things even worse was how they handled the situation—checking the card as if I were some kind of thief or scammer! It was humiliating, especially since I had guests with me. They made us feel so uncomfortable, awkward, and embarrassed in front of everyone.

I wouldn't recommend The Admiral to anyone. They clearly don’t care about their customers and treat them poorly. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place...
