I am very disappointed with this hotel. I visited Rishikesh on March 31st and booked a hotel through OYO named "Super OYO Collection O Hotel Tapovan Paradisel" in Tapovan. We booked two rooms for two nights and paid the full amount in advance. When we reached the hotel, we noticed that the name of the hotel was different; the actual name was "Hotel 4U." Upon arrival, the hotel management told us that we had booked a low tariff and the actual price of the hotel was higher. They demanded that we pay an additional 1000 rupees for check-in. We then called the OYO helpline. After an hour, an OYO manager named Prashant Uniyal told us that we needed to pay the extra amount, but he would arrange to refund the amount by evening. We paid the amount, and then we were finally able to check into the hotel after waiting for an hour.
However, when we reached our room, we realized that it was different from the pictures shown on the website, and the food was also very bad. Furthermore, your OYO manager, Prashant Uniyal, ignored our calls and even blocked us during the checkout. We called the OYO helpline again to get our refund. Another OYO executive told us that we should never have paid extra during check-in. It was very confusing because one person from your team told us to pay, while another person told us not to pay. Moreover, the food at the hotel was very bad and uncooked, and the hotel issued a fake bill with no GST number or correct phone number. The hotel management also verbally abused us indirectly.
Please take strict action against the hotel management and staff. Additionally, please ensure that your team is well-trained and that your customers receive the services...

We were told that delux here would come with bathtub but in reality the owner showed us some other room and said ki because you got disc on online platform we cannot offer you the same room . Moreover the customer care is same non responsive and claiming false promises. Smarika the customer care agent from Delhi promised that she would help in case we do not like the room but we tried connecting with her several times but she never responded. We had to be on roads for few hours to find a hotel . Never ever one should go for fab hotels thay are worst. 3rd class. .the owner shambu is too rude to even talk . Dnt fall for scams and money ..they took 1000 as booking and never paid us back . Cheap...
Read moreI had a tragic experience staying here last weekend.||We had made advanced booking for 2 via MakeMyTrip; but on reaching there we were offered one room with one Sofa cum bed unit. Fortunately after some argument, we were alloted another room. To his credit, manager had given us one Standard room (one we had booked) and one so called suite.||But trust me, the suite was smaller than standard deluxe room of other hotels, and standard deluxe room was barely 8 feet by 7 feet. ||No toiletries, no working TV sets, no room curtains, no room service, smelly sheets which hadn't been washed for ages, no water or glasses, dust was all over the place.||Whole night some roudy guests kept making noise, n it had become unbearable, so we checked out at 7:30 AM.||Don't ever commit sin of checking in here.||I wish I had taken some...
