Worst and Pathetic Hotel Services” All travellers please don't waste your money and time in searching this property in mussoorie which is simply a hoax and photos on the site are simply cheating which are nearly 5-10 years old....I visited on 28th Sept for 1 night with another family and Rooms we stayed were smelly,sticky,seepage in the bathroom door and room door,no paint on walls,tv,Phone and fan was not working staff have no manners to behave with their guests..No buffet or lunch dinner facilities from kitchen of this hotel..Our breakfast was served in our room after 01:15 hours later after several reminders when we ordered..Pathetic and worst hotels from FAB hotels ..Please immediately cancel your tie-up with these type of cheaters which named Hotel Royal Classic King's Mussoorie.No parking facility arrangement provided by them but luckily my car got parked in front of the hotel as I reached earlier,but it was in a very narrow lane and near to Mall road entry.Not recommended for any travellers and even I didn't get any support from FAB hotels customer care too after email...

Worst experience! The manager if this property is Illiterate, rude and very unprofessional. I was having a number of problems in the room like no socket was working, flush was not working, wifi was not working so i called him to solve the issues, instead of sorting out the problems he was like abhi ek minute me hotel khaali kar and he was very rude. I came at the reception and asked him that is this the way to talk, he was very much drunk and said haan aise hi hota hai abhi ke abhi room khaali kar.. I was there with my friends so we managed and checked out but what if i was there with my family? The manager needs to learn manners and stop being drunk on duty. If the owner see this review i request you check the cctv footage of your reception of yesterday around 8pm. i will never recommend this...

Don't recomend this hotel to any one... Even a your servants can not stay over there ..they are making foolish to the PPL

It seems all the good reviews given are purchased one reviews or the reviews from the hotel staff it self...otherwise ...fab hotels is disgusting chain of hotels
