Hotel service is good, cooperative staff. we booked rooms through agent and they charged quite expensive for balcony view including breakfast. Also balcony room is at ground floor where you will see garbage through the balcony & monkeys are also there. Hotel located at picture palace not in the middle of mall road and it is on height, so if you plan your trip family with kids please keep it in your mind. I also suggest to book the rooms directly without any agent as we got the rooms through agent very expensive according to the property. Agent promised us that boiled eggs and omlette in breakfast plan but at hotel we got know that these are all not included in plan. So go directly hotel and book accordingly.

But one thing which i like most, one of my friend forgot his watch at the time of checkout and and we called them from Dehradun. He get his watch back, this shows...

Breakfast is good not doubt and service is also fine but room location is not good as per picture and address they sent and as per staff they told us that their super deluxe room with balcony included is premium But that room is not worthy of super deluxe because the balcony you see in the picture is not actually a balcony, it is on the ground floor And if I give my opinion then you should take only deluxe room instead of super deluxe. And if you want to go to this hotel then you can book by talking to the owner of the hotel online or go there and book because if you book online then you will have to pay double the charge because there is also a broker's commission in it. and all staff is good and owner behaviour ir also good.
