The Palm Aryan Mussoorie _ A Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Uttarakhand

Room are ok but few things we feel are not good Dispenser in bathroom was such bad hardly any droplets coming on pressing 5-6times Bed scheets and blankets were not that clean 3.5/5 rating There was foot lamp in room but no switch given to make them on and off also Location of hotel is little downside also way to hotel is dangerous had Narrow path Blanket provided had a hole also chair in room had some burnt mark Many items in resturant was not there like we asked for chole bhature they said it's not available sir, in dinner we asked for mix veg again the same answer Otherwise food is tasty in hotels resturant we tried chowmin and egg prantha which was really awesome

Rest all services was really good all staff members were really very nice and cooperative they do whatever you ask them

No buffet breakfast was there during our stay for 2 days

Hotel is nice you can go it if you are looking at budget friendly stay

I booked this hotel for 2 nights @1775/night and really this price is worth for this room

Suggestion: hotel should provide oil filled heaters in every rooms

Must provide foot lamp switch

Must improve resturant menu very limited items were there

Must provide tissue box...

The Palm Aryan is a small boutique hotel located very close to Picture Palace bus stand in Mussoorie. The hotel is good.... Has decent rooms, parking and prompt service. They also have a one time pick up and drop to Picture Palace... I will need to tell you why this is needed.

The location, although very close to Mall road, is quite down a steep slope from the bus stand. This will be a challenge to novice drivers as navigating 3 turns down that steep slope is not easy, especially while coming up. And when you do hit the main road, there are cars blocking the exit which means that you will need to stop on a steep slope while honking at cars to move.... This will test your hand brake usage skills. Do learn how to use handbrake and engine braking while choosing to stay at this place.

This will not make you want to take out the car once you park there and thus the drop and pick up service once a day for their patrons. They also offer to send a driver to drive your car down, which I did not take.

They don't have a lift in the hotel as yet. It is under construction.

Plus I felt that this hotel was overpriced for their rooms. I paid almost 10k for 2 nights...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Palm Aryan, Mussoorie and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and a breathtaking ambience that truly enhances the charm of the Queen of Hills.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options, each dish prepared with great taste and quality. The location adds another feather to the cap, offering serene views and a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle.

A very special mention goes to Mr. Jaideep Shah, whose professionalism, warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction made our stay even more memorable. He was attentive to every need, always approachable, and ensured that we felt truly at home. His personal touch and commitment to service excellence is commendable and deserves the highest appreciation.

Overall, The Palm Aryan is not just a hotel, but an experience in itself. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mussoorie, and I look forward to returning...
