Hotel Kanchan International — Hotel in West Bengal

Without a location nothing is good in this hotel,sea beach only 3 minutes distances from the hotel.The price of the room is very much high according to the condition of the room.The room's condition is so damp & bathroom also unhygienic, commode is dirty,basin is overflowing...water flows very slowly through the basin.We booked double deluxe bed room,but there the two single beds are attached to make a double bed.They don't provide any toilet soap,So we go to reception & asked for that...then they told they sending it to room but didn't send one day during our two day stay.They have arranged their reception very well to attract people but their corridor,lobby sitting area & lift are so dirty & horrible.Food are too much expensive. Lastly the Manager & the staffs behaviour is so rude & bad.They don't know how to treat the customers.If they want to run their hotel business then they should definitely learn it, otherwise it won't be long before the hotel closes.So,I strongly recommend this hotel for not...

I booked ac delux for 2 nights in the month of march 2022, 1st thing i want to share behaviour of staff was pathetic specially a dusky medium complexion guy, ac service was not at all provided but charged as ac room, they promised that they wll charge as non ac room. During check out instead of refunding 1100 from total paid 4200 for 2 nights they refunded 400. After a severe heat exhange between me and that manager they refunded 800. Addition thing was that their tv, remotes all were damaged. They even false allagate me that i famaged their Ac that i visited this hotel to damage their ac. I asked few other people who stayed beside my room they even had many complaints like me, but they just checked out without saying a single word. They lastly told me they never goona visit this hotel. I personally recommed dont even by mistake choose this hotel. And dont make full payment. We had booked online through goibibo and stayed from 28.12.2020 to 31.12.2020. Our Hotel was Hotel Kanchan International. This is a nice hotel and we got a pretty good deal. As it was winter then, we chose to stay in a non-ac room. Though the hotel was on the second row from the road parallel to the sea beach, we could clearly see the sea and Jhau trees from our room’s balcony. Yes, our room had a decent balcony and our room was nice and spacious as per budget. The bathroom was clean and working too. Hot water was mainly available in the daytime. Our floor boy was very helpful and humble. This hotel has a lift. The management also maintained necessary measurements to prevent the spread of Covid-19Only con I felt was the lack of a restaurant with a widespread menu. The in-house restaurant was not bad.
