Disappointing Stay – Poor Room Service and Rude Staff

I am currently staying at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. The room service is extremely poor – requests are either delayed or completely ignored, and the overall service quality does not meet basic expectations.

What’s worse, the staff behavior has been shockingly rude. Instead of being helpful or courteous, some staff members responded in an unprofessional and unfriendly manner, which made my stay uncomfortable.

I expected better hospitality, and I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the level of service and staff training. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant and...

Pros- The rooms were clean There was smart tv facilities

Cons- Rooms are small Bathroom had just a tiny soap and shampoo for which I paid ₹2400/- through goibibo. Room service is pathetic. We ordered tea for one, they said they heard two so we need to pay. We paid. Next day, we ordered breakfast at 8am, they served us at 9:17am. There check out time is 9:30am. They started calling us to leave the room.

Room service was the most horrible. And if your train bus gets late, at afternoon, they won't serve you food after 3pm. Their kitchen opens at 8am. Before that you will not even get a black tea...

You need pay full amount during check-in ! You need to book the room atleast for 2 day's ! For using pool you need to pay extra amount per day per person. ( This is not for swimming wear, if you want take rent it will be extra) Food was pathetic. 100% not recommend hotel food and outside food is not allowed. Pathetic room service. Property is not maintained properly. Basic amenities are not available. Behaviour of staff is horrible. Although they will demand tips during checkout. Snake are roaming in the balcony.
