JFIVE RESIDENCY — Hotel in Zone 14 Perungudi

I have booked Triple room by calling them through phone. They confirmed the booking also. but when I checked in they said someone have booked that triple room through online and I have to give it to them else they will raise complaint. I was with my parents and my kid. Thatswhy we blocked triple room they have not even asked me as a request. they simply said we cant give it to you. our first preference is online booking only. what I am asking is if you have confirmed my booking then you have to close the online booking right for that specific room. how can you simply open the online booking for the same room. and the guy who was in the reception was very rude. I was travelled a long way with my 2 year old kid and my old parents on that day. we havent had lunch also.. Even he is not ready to hear me.. he just went with the online booking guest to show the room when I am talking to him. Is this way to treat the customers? One of the worst service. The hotel staff asked me to come to the hotel directly by cancelling the reservation made through MMT. They told me that they don't allow the guests who booked the rooms through online platforms like Oyo, MMT, and Goibibo. We stayed here for around 9 days. Rooms were clean & neat but there was some foul odor in the bathroom. Housekeeping was not proactive in cleaning and changing bedsheets. Had to request multiple times. Complimentary breakfast was limited quantity but sufficient . It was provided from outside & menu consists of Idli, vada, 1 variety rice , sambhar, chutney & tea. The best part was the in house restaurant. Tasty, fresh & flavourful food but menu lacks traditional Tamil food . Receptionist anna should smile...
