Read moreWe stayed a total of 6 nights in February 2024 at this hotel. ||The hotel had a driver pick us up at Chennai airport. He kindly waited two hours for us due to lost luggage. The staff in the restaurant were consistently polite, attentive, and courteous. The rooms were clean. The front desk employees were not always polite. They would allow male customers to interrupt my conversations with them on a regular basis. On one occasion, a lady at the front desk prevented us from taking an elevator to our room because she stated we had not paid for our reservation. We stayed the previous night, the hotel had our credit card information and could have easily ran the charges. Instead they chose to embarrass us in front of other guests at the hotel. This place is not safe. I have stayed for 12 days and it didn't feel like this was a brand at all. Nobody helped me with my luggage till the room. When asked for water it was given after an hour of multiple calls to the reception during the day. Someone had stolen my belongings from my room through room cleaning. Everything seems to be delayed here. The food is just average for the price they are charging.
