Very very worst experience Simply they show off like elegance but normal 3 star hotels are far better and staffs can’t even able to answer the customers properly and they simply run here and there like busy one and they can’t even provide simple needs of customer !! After few minutes of buffet timing there was a huge bunch of people and the staffs can’t even able to manage them properly if they can’t why they are giving the slot !!! Food varities are so minimal and only three dishes are added extra to the veg menu and that’s the diff btw veg and non veg menu !!! During my lunch timing I went to have some noodles and we iam back to my table some other customer just simply thrown their food waste in my plate which is so disgusting and staff can’t even provide the extra small plates on the table ( for food...

Not even value for quality food. I know there is lesser menu when compared to lesser price buffet near by but other table person putting waste food on my waste plate. Definitely management want to check the CCTV if im lying. In fact there are a 7-10 people corporate group came and spoiled my family lunch buffet. So cheap behaviour. Dont know how the management allowed people like them inside hotel campus. One person in that group put his hand into fish finger Buffet bowl without using service spoon and served his plate with his bear hands. 2 times those people put their waste food into my waste plate, I feel Disgusting while eating so winded up immediately and paid bill and left the place. Surprised to see the empty restaurant with nobody during peak lunch time. Staff greeted like ..you don't belong here...as we were dressed so mediocre maybe..we chose to go for alacarte where they were like take up buffet.
