Read moreA VERY LATE REVIEW. This happened to me 3 weeks before .. Really disheartened by the treating of banquets staff. Had to visit multiple times to make a booking of an hall.
1.Had an initial conversation with Ms.Nithya , We had a small baby shower function . She did help us by showing us the hall , but she had no answers when we had a question about the pricing , neither did she have any convincing answers to the questions raised by us.
So we were asked to talk with some other executive named Mr Rajesh.
My wife had a small discussion with him over the phone and in regard with the total expense of the hall with food(non veg) . He had suggested us an amount of Rs.1200 and also had told us if we can directly walk-in so that it will be feasible to talk the rates over the table.
So we took our own precious time and visited Ramada . Once we reached there he had said that the rates can't be changed and its final price which they can offer.
Disheartened by the way he treated us . we did not utter a single word and left the place .
So we had to make arrangements in some other place .
A SHORT NOTE -
I usually don't write reviews , but am forced to write a review.
Guests make hotels.
When a guest or even a small guest is treated this way , this does harm the entire hotel.
The action of one individual should not harm the entire section of good workers working there.
So A KIND SUGEESTION FROM MY SIDE.
The banquets executives standing in the office front should have all the info(at least some info) when we raise any questions. In my case the LADY who attended me had no idea of what she is telling.
2.The superior whom the lady had mentioned MR.Rajesh , should act a bit more cordial with the guests and with a smiling face .
What we need is just a good reception and good way of talking.
I had attended a lot of seminars in Ramada and had really liked the food . Thats the reason I had squared off Ramada as the venue .
But as u have it , we think something and good thinks something else.

Read moreRegarding Eternum spa 1.please remove your spa from nearbuy app if you guys aren't gonna accept the coupons 2.This isn't the first time - this is the second time & last time the owner of the spa requested me to delete the review and assured that he will take care of the issues but i think it was a fake promise Saturday (12/11/22) at 6pm i walk into the spa with a nearbuy coupon - the receptionist Sangai told the nearbuy can't be accepted on Saturday. Like the last time I was asked to pay 2360rs whereas 2000 coupon from nearbuy claims that it's inclusive of all taxes . I requested that I was promised last time that I won't face the same issue so please check with the same with your owner and guess what she made me stand and left inside to have a discussion and came back clearly telling it's 2360 or no nearbuy. A Star hotel like Ramada while running a spa should either verify before listing their spa in nearbuy about terms & conditions because the coupon clearly states that it's valid on all days .
3.I requested the receptionist Sangai and asked her that if i can talk to the Manager of the spa who contacted me last time asking me to remove my review and she treated me like a pauper and literally she didn't have a sorry or a gesture to tell gently that she won't agree the coupon rather was in her own way of rudeness.
Thank you Ramada & Eternum spa for all the time throwing up tantrums regarding nearbuy Once bitten is twice shed , here after being bitten twice i wouldn't revert back to them once again
A kind request - I dont want anyone from the hotel or spa to call me and ask me to delete the review as it's gonna stay here . Incase if you feel i am wrong you could check cctv regarding how long i waited and can see that i took the coupon and must've cancelled it and now waiting for 7 days to get my money back to my account.
