Cafe Stop — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

It was a very bad experience for us last sunday which we planned to be a good lunch date. We ordered mushroom cheese sandwich, chicken tikka sandwich, cold coffee and mango milkshake. First of all, there was a hair in my sandwich which is very bad for the standards of ramada. When i showed to the staff there was a guy who showed up and very diplomatically told us that since the bill had been made we couldn’t take off anything from it and hence he would like to “offer us anything that we wanted”. Initially we refused then we agreed to dessert. We asked for cheesecake/ truffle cake which was there in their menu. He said i will get you something “fresh”. What happened next was he got us 2 unforgiving pieces of cake one bite size each which was from their buffet and tasted like it was made a week ago. We knew the moment he gave us but dint want to fight. Next comes the climax. The female staff who attended to us brought the bill with all the items mentioned wrong. It was mentioned as grilled chicken sandwich and veg sandwich and clearly atleast rs 200 more than what we ordered. She kept saying that i have put it correctly only. After asking what the issue was they came and gave us a bill still nearly rs 150+ more than what we had ordered for.
