Visited this place after making a booking through swiggy dineout. check what offers are available for you and make full use of it. While the pricing is slightly fair, the swiggy dineout discount made it extremely pocket friendly. Reached the place by 6 to find it empty. But as time went by, the place was buzzing with people. The food was really good. While the pricing does seem nominal, the portions seem a little small. Coming to the ambiance, it is a sea themed resto bar and the vibes were really good..they had a DJ who played the amazing 2010s songs and it was immediately transported back to my early days in college. While the interiors were good, I found a cockroach climbing on the wall behind me. Had to call the waiter and asked him to remove it. This scared me a little. Wonder what the cooking area looked like. Towards the end , I placed a take away order. And there was a huge delay in just getting the bill. I was made to wait for at least 20 mins after which I made a fuss and they responded with your take away is delayed. I should have been informed and not had to ruin my mood just to receive the cheque. Lack of information had annoyed me along with the cockroach, had left me with 3 stars...

As soon as you step in, the ambience makes you feel like you’ve embarked on a seaside adventure. The decor, adorned with wooden barrels, vintage ship lanterns and pirates exudes a maritime charm. The cocktail menu is impressive, with several standout options like the Sailor (Tequila-based), Jungle Bird (Gin and orange), Queen Bee (Brandy with ginger ale), The Boat Man (Vodka, Campari, and orange) With a new chef on board, the food was equally impressive. The Minestrone Soup was perfect for a rainy Chennai afternoon, Avakai Paniyaram was a delightful surprise with that tangy mango pickle filling. The Fish Finger was made fresh to order, I was told the seafood is hand-picked for the restaurant, ensuring top-notch freshness. The Barbeque Wings had the expected smoky flavour, while the Enrobed Prawn was tender and juicy, wrapped in chicken tenders. Murg Malai Tikka and Chicken Cordon Bleu were delectable, with the sauce used for the Grilled Chicken Breast being my favourite.
