The place has lost its charm!

Reply on 27th December 2021 : We don't have any intention to blame anyone. Even yesterday, I was there with my daughter. There is only one person who was attending all the tables. The orders were delayed. When we asked for Sambhar, the service person brought it when we were about to complete the meal. The poori was made in old oil as there were lots of blackish sediments in Poori. Sabji was over they gave some Butter Masala which clearly looked old or just given from someone's dish. The coffee and bill took time. One kid next to us was keeping on calling the service person for bill. There was an issue with them saying we had only 2 pooris and why did you charge for three portions. Our known person waited for parcel till we finished our Dosa and Poori. Take the comment in a positive way. We use you regularly. Don't comment unnecessarily!

👎We are going to Koyambedu for easy hotel connectivity. 👎When I entered the room for the first time, there was a strong, unpleasant odour. 👎Room maintenance is the worst because the lights, a/c, rest room, and cupboard do not work properly. 👎The restroom was filthy and unsanitary. Water smells as well. 👎They cannot provide main water when requested. 👎We request the same soap, shampoo, and shavers. 👎There were no dressing scenes for the service boy, and the hotel only had one room boy and a manager. 👎Food accommodation mini tiffin delivery to room, worst experience, I recommend shree hotel available on ground floor food was good 👎It's not...

We booked the hall for engagement function, and they gave us tough time in managing our event by not providing the services properly.

The receptionist was not available the entire time who was incharge to help us with the sound system, directions, parking and catering.

Backdrop decorator of the party hall started their work only 1 hour before the event and asked us to wait which led to the delay of beginning the function.

The lift is very small and anyone who takes stairs will end up with locked gate to party hall. The only way to enter the hall is through the lift.

No soaps/ hand wash provided in restrooms and hand wash area.

Buffet caterer was refilling the food after a very long wait...
