London Dessert co — Restaurant in Zone 8 Anna Nagar

Worst experience here... Not because of food or service... But because of the people who came as customers... They were a group of 15-17 north India family making hell of a noise... I couldn't even hear what my friend was saying.. when I asked to speak a little quieter one of the family asked me to go out and have my food... And everyone started arguing with us both that they will behave like this only... And others can walk out.... This used to be my favourite dessert place but not anymore... I was their regular customer... in fact i often visit there with my friends and family but... Yesterday i ordered waffle & pan cake in Swiggy...i received that waffle in worst condition and the taste was bad and the pan cake was poorly cooked...was not good in taste.... also i was not expecting from them since i was visiting often..i don't know who packed the order and who made it but it was my bad experience with them... probably my last time from London dessert... waffle looked like they made it from leftover...and the waffle was even filled with triple chocolate it was fill only with side...like they were not interested...

Worst hospitality. Un professional behaviour. The batter was too raw at the middle part. When we complained he said I am making waffles for 5 years you don't have any rights to complaint on my waffle and no one else complained. He grabbed the waffle for which I paid for and didn't give refund also. He looted my 180. Total...
