So we being kakada ramprasad customer from past 3 years now, feel disgusting, awful and disappointed to write this review today after an incident which happened on 24.1.2023 9.45pm related to a theft of Rs 2000 cash from the luggage bag of our relative who just reached Chennai that day & it was kept inside our car while it was in valet parking to which the staff and owner of the restaurant Mr. Ravi Kumar responded in a very unethical and unacceptable way stating that it's not their responsibility if a customer loses their valuables while the car is valet parked and the onus comes to the customer only for the suffered loss. We narrated the entire incident clearly to him and the manager Mr. Shakthi, where the driver was already sitting inside the car even before we asked our keys from valet parking incharge and he started searching for the car keys like stupids, nowhere have we seen this until now that the key is missing already before the customer exits from the restaurant and the driver has already gone to get the car, still neither of them budged and took any stringent action against this incident which reflects their disrespectful hospitality and pathetic customer care. This just shows their negligence and when we spoke to the owner he bluntly said that he cannot help us in this as he can't establish anything just based on customer's narration and mutual trust which shows how carelessly he values his customers. Had we left our wallet on the front seat or dashboard and then the amount got missing that would have been other case but this was stolen from the luggage bag inside which the wallet was kept and was under a shawl. To this also the owner simply said that it's our fault leaving the bag inside the car. There's something called TRUST which even the customer develops towards the restaurant where they regularly visit, which is entirely absent here.
