I booked OYO hotel in Universal Inn Chennai, my booking I'd - SQXV9742 (25/09/2019 - 26/09/2019). While booking the room I called your helpline and informed them that I would check in at early morning 4.30am. On 26/09/2019 when I reached the hotel around 4.30am I found that the universal inn hotel was looked, tried calling the property owner but the property owner didn't pick up the call. Around 5am the hotel was opened when asked about the check-in the person in the reception denied me check in stating the early time of check in, he scolded me in bad words and discriminative words. I would give this hotel negative rating if possible. Firstly we visited this hotel at 10:30pm. He made us wait half an hour before we check in. We paid all charge online. However he asked us 200₹ extra, saying no room available. U'll be provided deluxe room. We were tired & thought who bother oyo. We had to pay extra money. He cheated us.
