I stayed for 3 days 2 Nights, the staff are helpful and give excellent service with full of smile and fast response. Now let's talk about other things : Location, as you can see in the photos there's a lot of trees because the location is near ITB forest so the ambience give a forestry vibes. It's really a perfect location however the problem is the road in front of it happen to be a always crowded traffic, so you can clearly hear the sound of muffer. Building & Room. I'm not gonna lie, the building give elegance when you enter the lobby however when inside the room it really gives you an old fashioned interior. But like others said, the pool is dirty because of leaf not because of moss. Now the room, the room is huge and have a lot of table so if you look closely some of the hardest spot to clean up have dust in it, especially on the floor, and the chair it's comfortable however there's a lot of stain. The bathroom was amazing for me, towel & bathroom kit are available. The TV also boradcast cable tv. 3.Food. I ordered food room service, the price well it's expensive of course however the taste of Tom Yum is great, not spicy like other Tom Yum however the filling inside is worth for the price. Then I ordered another food next day and for me Mie tek tek too salty for my liking. And here comes the breakfast, it tastes so so but of course I wouldn't complain, mostly it's Indonesian foods. Price, well I get great price for the rooms with specific request. It's worth...
Read moreBeing compared to the property's pictures those advertised on internet, online travel agent, brochures and also on in-room tv - the real condition was different; not as beautiful and clean like on photos. ||My room wasn't in tip-top condition (like on pictures), found many dirty spots, old and un-maintenanced wooden floor, and some broken furnitures, the marble's wall at the bathroom area was also looked old and dirty. In my sleeping time, it was very annoying to heard the motorcycles sound those ran the street. Breakfast was a potluck - no further expectation, as I was considered to find the better dishes out of hotel.||Beside the down-sides above, this "colonial building" that actually not as old as it seem (built in around 2000's) but stil given the rustic's and antique's ambiances - and that was impressed me. ||Other up-sides, check-in process was flashy - took below a minute - I guess :). My room have a big balcony area (for the price rates given - it is a very rare choice in town). The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, like I was staying in my own home. As this property is having a limited public area, seem that all the staff are having direct interaction with the guests. I called this property as the exclusive guest house rather than a hotel. And this making a close bounding between the property's staff...
Read morea nice place to stay in bandung with homie feels and green environment. with an old dutch building style and nice interior surounding the property makes you feel living in a huge collonial villa at 1970s. The room is nice and spacious with complete amenities and 4 bottle water (a generous for hotel these days that only give 2 bottle) also the toothbrush and tooth pastw has a brand and good quality (not a cheap or one time used model) a very imppresed. Beds & TV channel are ok. The facilities are ok with one restaurant attach to a swimming pool with a forestry view makes you blent in into nature. Very refreshing. |The breakfast are also ok not many variety but some are good. Maybe need to add more or create a speciality to make people remember the best dish in this hotel rather than serve many foods without any good taste. The staff are different in some area, security and front office were nice and warm hospitality very helpful but at the restaurant some staff seems not so friendly or too stiff and serious doesnt care you are there or not. Well, you are in hospitality industry/hotel so 24hours you must ready to serve any customer you have. Because of the ambience and interior helps me to put GOOD rate for this hotel. I will be...
