I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed at this hotel—I always end up coming back whenever I visit Bandung! The overall vibe is okay, but I’m not a fan of the lady who sits at the front desk. She doesn’t seem very helpful. Even when I order food, she never sends it to my room.The most frustrating experience was when I checked in early and paid an extra charge, only to find that the towel provided was dirty. The amenities are okay (towel, toiletries (minus shampoo), n water bottles). The location is nice. Very easy to look for meal around the hotel. It is also just 5-10 minutes walk to the Dago street sidewalk. If there is any minus point, I would say the room facilities are probably old/not maintained so there is minor scratch on the wood furniture or on the mirror. Read moreWhat a terrible experience! I ended up booking this hotel out of desperation during a public holiday since everywhere else was fully booked. The rate was IDR 800K for two nights — and honestly, it wasn’t worth it at all. I regret staying here.
The toilet had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the air conditioner barely worked — I had to sleep in a hot, stuffy room, sweating all night.
I also tried the café inside the hotel, hoping for at least a decent meal, but the food was just as disappointing — bland and poorly prepared.
