Beehive Cafe & Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Bandung City

Having a love & hate relationship with hotel. The service is quite not good during my visit. First, Disturbtion on TV Channel so we can not watch all of tv channel that was available. Second, the split bill for food since guest should pay food and room differently (eventhough they were at the same management). Third, our leftover was untouched during the night we stay and was stay at the front of our room until the morning we wakeup. However, i could say that this hotel is worth to stay. First, it's location is good enough to go anywhere. You can travel to other place either with car or walk. Second, the interior is eye catchy. This is their main selling proposition. Either inside or outside the room has been decorated nicely. Third, their food is AWESOME ! Either Beehive Cafe (Western) or Kapulaga Bistro (Indonesian) has served us with delicious food. Will come back again to eat at this place 😊. In the end, i prefer give this place a 3 stars. This place should improve their service. I recently stayed at the Beehive Hotel Bandung for two nights and had a somewhat mixed experience. My room was quite spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a good variety. The staff working during breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful. Finding parking was a breeze, which is always a plus. The Not-So-Good things were that my room was located on the 5th floor, and unfortunately, the elevator was broken during my entire stay. This was a major inconvenience, especially as I had luggage to carry. I asked if it would be possible to switch to a room on a lower floor due to the elevator issue, but was told there were no other rooms available. And unfortunately I have to admit that as a smoker (not a good habit, though), I was disappointed to find that there were no balconies or designated outdoor smoking areas. While I appreciated the comfortable room and excellent breakfast, the elevator issue and lack of smoking options detracted from my stay. If these issues were addressed, I would consider staying at the Beehive Hotel Bandung again...

I pick Beehive as my accommodation at Bandung because of good reviews from others and unique concept that they have.||But, actually most of the reviews were 1-2 years ago.||The hotel have spacious room, lot of photos spot and comfy surrounding.|Bathroom big enough compared to same class hotel and they have rain shower with good water pressure.||And then i start to found things.|Bathroom cleanliness was disappointing. Many dirty spots at wall, water stain at glass partition not cleaned (shower box), closet clearly not clean enough and bad odor came from closet+water drain.||Room cleanliness still ok, but clearly hotel's staff need to do better. Dirty wall here and there. Bed sheets and blankets need more attention.||Breakfast very standard (buffet style) and if you bring your own car, parking will be problem during peak hours of 2 restaurants there or if they have function.||Hotel location at residential area, but very close to major road at Bandung and university.||In conclusion, the hotel need to improve their cleaning process, because for customer its...
