RedDoorz Plus near Nagoya Hill Batam 6 — Hotel in Batam City

At this price point, nothing much to complain about. But at least I expect everything provided to work as expected, without issue.

Most of the electric appliances are not connected to the socket. Bed lamps and desk lamps have no light bulbs. The toilet door won't close. The door doesn't even fit the frame. The TV stays on. I can't turn it off using their remote, so I have to use my phone. But overall, I think it is just a minor issue.

On the last day of my stay, the AC broke so I have to change my room. Went from the second floor to the first floor. Now it has another problem. Water Tap has no water. The toilet is smelly.

At least, the staffs were helpful.

My advice, if you can, pick the second floor if you prefer more privacy and quieter rooms.

The reason for me to pick this location was easy access to nearby Binus anggrek campus. It wasn't really within walking distance for most people but it was quite close. Along the way, there are a lot of restaurants and cafe.

There are minimarkets nearby but the road was busy and hard to cross and even harder if you're not accustomed to Indonesian roads/driving behaviour.

This location was considered easy to find for drivers and the parking area is quite spacious. If you're ordering food or trying to find a ride, it is easy here.

As for tourists, I don't think they have anything interesting around here. But it is up to...

Have plenty of small cockroach inside the hotel room..Call for clean up each day when stay..Air-conditioning not cool in my hotel room..But luckily service quite good when make complaint..Willing to help and...

Dibilang jelek sih enggak tapi emang fasilitasnya enggak banget, pesan lewat agoda ngeliat fasilitasnya lengkap ada kolam dn lainnya sampe disana eh ga ada apa2 pas nanya sama receptionis nya malah dia jawab hotel lain, pas tidur tbtb panas pagi2 masih jam 8 lapor sm staff kalo ac mati dan gabisa idup malah dicuekin dibilang gabisa ngasi kompensasi apa2 . bad banget banyak tikus dan kecoa. kotor seperti tidak dibersihkan, dikamar mandi ada bekas bungkus shampo, di wastafel ada bulu mata menempel, handuk juga sudah tidak lyak pakai, bahkan untuk wifi saja tidak bisa digunakan. sangat...
